We have reserved room blocks at two hotels for our friends and family who need a place to stay. Details for both can be found below. The cut off for booking in the room block is September 9th, 2026. After that, you will be given the best available rate at each hotel.

There will be shuttles for guests to and from each hotel to the venue. Please let us know if you are taking the shuttle so we can let the driver know.
